Having previously worked in France in the tourist industry and then in the Insurance sector in the UK, I joined Pilgrim in July 2021. I am often the first person clients speak to when they telephone and I enjoy my interactions with them. I look after the post and scanning for the Bristol and Wells offices and deal with the general administration to help things run smoothly.

I have always lived in Somerset and enjoy getting out and about in the countryside walking and cycling with family and friends. I am also a proud grandmother to 3 grandchildren.
